Stony Brook University Polity/USG, FSA, SCOOP & Friends Reunion REFUND POLICY We guaranteed 100 paying guests to get price we budgeted for from caterer ($50pp) and certain other costs. Once that is covered, refunds are not a problem. Until then there will be no refunds. Hurricanes and things we cannot prepare for, however, are another story. If everything is cancelled, or some disaster happens the week of, refunds will be given to everyone minus what has already been spent and can't be gotten back. Once we reach the point where refunds are possible, if you let us know a week in advance (i.e. by 3pm on Friday 9/24), you can get back everything minus $5 for postage and hassle. If it is after 9/24 and before 10/1, it will obviously be less and will depend on what is left over that hasn't been spent already. Please remember, this reunion is NOT being funded by the University. It is being funded by YOU - individual alumni and friends who want to see each other again. Any funds left over after the reunion will be donated to the University Library for student archives! |
